{"id":167,"date":"2023-02-13T10:55:23","date_gmt":"2023-02-13T10:55:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/noble.ehnmedia.ae\/?p=167"},"modified":"2023-02-14T05:24:46","modified_gmt":"2023-02-14T05:24:46","slug":"ever-given-returns-to-suez-canal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/noble.ehnmedia.ae\/ar\/2023\/02\/13\/ever-given-returns-to-suez-canal\/","title":{"rendered":"Ever Given returns to Suez Canal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The giant\u00a0Ever Given\u00a0boxship is back in the Suez Canal a little more than a month after it departed Egyptian waters, and after being arrested for over three months for blocking the waterway for six days last March.<\/p>\n<p>The 400 m long ship is now heading in the opposite direction and it is about to enter the Great Bitter Lake after a voyage of close to 15 days, originating from the port of Felixstowe.<\/p>\n<p>The Evergreen-operated vessel is set to travel through the Suez Canal without cargo and is scheduled for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/splash247.com\/ever-given-will-need-repairs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">repairs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The 20,388 teu\u00a0<em>Ever Given<\/em>\u00a0came to worldwide attention in March when it\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/splash247.com\/suez-canal-blocked-by-stranded-evergreen-boxship\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">grounded and blocked<\/a>\u00a0the Suez Canal for six days.
